Recently had the torsion springs fixed/replaced on my garage door. Initial communication and scheduling was quick and easy. David did a great job explaining the work, and completed the repairs in 30-45 minutes. Overall super pleased with the experience.

The technician arrived on time, explained what he was going to do. He did his examination of the doors, explained what he saw and then fixed the issues. He was courteous and efficient.

I wouldn’t say it’s affordable. 5mins cost a $100 but they fixed the problem.

Affordable Door was very responsive. I asked for and received a visit within one day to assess the condition of my garage door opener and get a quote for upgrade/repair. The technician reviewed the options with me and provided a reasonable quote in real time. Affordable then scheduled repair and new opener installation the next day! The technician came as expected and completed the work. He then took me through the operations required to program and operate my new state-of-the-art system. Now fully operational! Great service and very responsive to my needs.

Having a horrible experience with Affordable Doors. I had them come out and convert my two car garage to one door back in May 25th 2023. Everything was completed with some minor issues that has not been resolved which is going on for 5 weeks.Trim on top of garage door has three cut pieces instead of one long piece, along with the sides and top not matching the rest of the trim around the garage door.I have called them every week to see if they can get me on schedule to fix this punch-list, but nothing as of yet. They keep giving me the run around telling me they are trying to get me on schedule.Beside the trim, you can see a minor bowing on the garage top where the LVL beam.They also left a lot of nails behind which my kids and I had to clean up.Looking at the construction team, they use subcontractors as their team, with a couple in house project managers.Will update regarding my trims, but this has been ongoing.UPDATE***Tech is coming out tomorrow to redo the trimming on our garage door. Will update more tomorrow.UPDATE*** - 2/29/24had a minor issue with my weather strip falling off the door. Called company and very quick service with schedule to repair.

Our experience with Affordable Door has been excellent. From the meeting with David Fields, general manager who gave us the quote to the folks who scheduled the work and finally the installers, everyone was pleasant to work with. They were efficient, they gave us what we felt was a very reasonable price and we were able to schedule the installation within 1 week of the initial call.The door looks great and with the new motor is much quieter and our garage is much warmer with the added insulation.Thanks again Affordable Door.
